Is there anything I can test to confirm its working properly? Windows Device Manager doesn't show any missing drivers. I have not tested the USB C connector Gen 2 port, I don't have a USB C to USB C cable.Ĭard reader plugged into USB 3.1 Gen 2 A port - Ĭard reader plugged into USB 3.1 Gen 1 A port. But only runs at USB 2.0 Speeds when plugged into the Gen 2 A port. Using USBTreeview, I tested and confirmed the card reader runs at USB 3.1 Gen 1 speeds when plugged into any other USB 3.1 Gen 1 port on the motherboard. I've tried testing my Oculus rift and Oculus quest and a Transcend USB 3.1 Gen 1 Card Reader ( I know its not Gen 2 but I would expect it to run at Gen 1 speeds ) ![]() The USB 3.1 Gen 2 A port on the back of the motherboard is running at USB 2.0 Speeds. Anyone else had this issue? I've put in a support ticket with ASRock
